Where can I learn more about Transportation Outlook 2040's policy goals?

MARC has created a set of wide-ranging policy goals for Transportation Outlook 2040 — major things we want to achieve with our transportation system. The policy goals were developed over a number of months through extensive input from citizens, neighborhood organizations and community groups, local governments, chambers of commerce and MARC committees. They will be used to help identify future projects and strategies that best support Greater Kansas City's transportation vision.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
