Where can I learn the legal ins and outs of real estate?

As far as learning the legalities related to real estate, you can take college courses in Property Law as one option. Call your local community college or area college to see whether they offer any law courses and if any of them cover real estate or property law. I'm sure the library has books on both real estate and property law as well, in case you want to do your own research as opposed to taking a college course.

You can also do research on the internet with regard to real estate in your state. There are also online courses which cover Property or Real Estate law as well. Another option, if you're really interested in real estate, is to take the real estate salesperson course in your state.

Usually you attend daily classes for a week in preparation for taking the state's real estate salesperson course. This course covers legalities related to real estate specific to your state. Even if you're not interested in becoming a real estate salesperson, you can still take the course to learn about real estate.

This course will cover real estate in depth.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
