Visit any pokemart then talk to the Pokemon ranger there with the the ranger has a green hat (actually, you have to transfer it from Pokemon Ranger first. ) Well first you have to get Pokemon ranger finish the game then go on ranger net and play the manaphy egg mission. Then finish the mission and trade it to your game.

Its impossible to actually get Manaphy on the game without trading the egg through Pokemon Ranger. The only way you can see a Manaphy in the game is by going to Route 212, go in the Mansion and read the book on Mr. Backlot's desk in his room. The room is the first room on your right.
