Where does the Bible tell young women to delay marriage and childbearing, as often taught in modern churches?

It does not. In fact, it hints on marrying early, so that the young people don't burn with desire. When having the support of both families, young marriages can be very stable.

Saaaay, you have a point! The Bible seems to busy itself with approving the rape of young girls, the selling of pre-teens into slavery (and we all know what THAT means...), and with sex, sex, sex all the time and all over the place. Even Noah's daughters got the ol' man drunk and had their way with him the very first thing after they got off that stinking boat!

So what's the deal with the current church thought that girls should be "chaste" and "virginal" when they get married at 28? Hypocrisy is the only truth of the matter.

Research shows that the ideal age for women to have children is 15. However, research forgot to point out that most young teens want a life and a future and not babies.

The New Testament discourages, but does not forbid, marriage. So of course churches today will teach young people not to be hasty, but think about what they are doing. It is even more important for them to pray.

They need to grow in the Lord and have discernment before they make such an important decision. Some young adults are mature in the faith, but most are not. They should grow in the Lord before they get married.

But the choice is theirs. Churches do not force people to marry or not marry. Age IS one of the considerations.

If a person values marriage and having children, then he or she cannot wait forever. Women cannot wait as long as men. There is a window of opportunity.An 18 year old has plenty of time.

A 35 year old woman needs to think about marriage soon if she wants to ever have children. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
