Where has ND DOT issued a no-travel advisory because of road conditions?

The North Dakota Department of Transportation in coordination with the North Dakota Highway Patrol, closed Interstate 29 at 8:30 a.m. In North Dakota from the South Dakota line to the Canadian border due to hazardous driving conditions of blowing and drifting snow with reduced visibilities. In addition, NDDOT has issued a no-travel advisroy in the eastern and northeastern regions of North Dakota.
