The best shopping area in Santa Barbara, California is simply on State Street. Downtown Santa Barbara is home to hundreds of unique retail shops, restaurants, and bars. You can plan to spend all day on State Street with so much to see and do, no matter what you are looking for.

Furniture stores, art galleries and surf shops selling local designers are just a few of the interesting retailers you’ll find here. There are also movie theaters, entertainment and a rich nightlife.
