Where is the oldest civilization in Africa?

My first inclination is to say Khemet which the Greeks called Egypt, However, Khemet was poplulated by Africans in the interior of Africa around Uganda and Kenya, so it would stand to reason that a civilization in south-eastern-central Africa was the oldest African civilization. I've seen it written that Khemet was thousands of years old Before the Greeks got there.

Great answer. I was just going to say Egypt, however the roots of Africa came from the center of Africa, so it depends how you define civilization I suppose.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
