The Omaha Visitors’ Bureau is located Downtown at 1001 Farnam, Omaha, NE 68102. Once there, you’ll be able to find maps and brochures for local activities, as well as a friendly desk attendant who might share a favorite restaurant with you if you ask nicely. You can also view films and historical blurbs about the area.
A lot of the same information can be accessed from Omaha’s visitor website also (visitomaha.com/). There is also a cafe and a souvenir shop. Omaha is a small town, but we all know small towns make for the quirkiest attractions.
Heading to the visitors’ bureau should definitely help you focus your energies in the right direction. Omaha—a great option, if not your only option, for a coast-to-coast drive!
