Where Should MVP Presenters Be Stored in an ASP.NET web app?

They would not be stored anywhere. There are recreated on every postback and wired up with a view that is created (aspx,ascx).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
