There is one listed on eBay for something like $40. He looks in good shape & is pretty large. I've been looking for him too, but I don't have that kind of money for a stuffed animal.
I don't understand why Sesame Street has not produced a lot of their main characters. (snuffy, baby bear, rosita, Telly), but they have a truck load of Elmo, Cookie, Ernie & now Abby). Ebay also has some beanie baby- baby bears that are around 12-13 dollars.
I may just go that route. My granddaugther almost has every one of the them, but is missing, baby bear, Rosita (impossible to find without the wings) & snuffy (there are some of him listed, but I haven't broke down & paid the price for him). I almost had my hands on a stuffed Mr. Noodle, but I missed the auction ($4.99 darn it).
Now someone has him listed for like $60! Just keep your eyes open on eBay & they'll turn up!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
