Btw, I have met many South Asian professionals who were able to come to the US to further their studies in engineering. Some of the top students in India, for example, are in engineering; e.g. , IIT grads. Another path is to come to the US to get a MA in engineering at a top engineering school.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
