Which are the best computers and/or computer stores for a small business - need to get 4 computers for an office?

I am setting up a small office in London so I need to buy 4 computers, reasonably priced. But there're so many around...someone suggested DELL but which DELL? I also need things like phones, copier, printer... Where do I go for all that?

If I was you I would go to Best Buy, and buy 4 Computers that would do the job for me. What Computer is the best, there isn't any. They all have just about the same parts from the same manufactures.

The difference is how much ram each have, more ram less crashes, how much hard drive you need, and what type of graphic card you actually need. For a business you probably don't need a high end card, that is needed for games. Dell seems to run a little more expensive than the rest of the brands out there.

That doesn't make it better. Constantly Dell and HP are running neck and neck for the number one spot. I believe that HP offers more for the money with the same Quality.

I have a Gateway now and it is also a great computer for the money, but I bought it before Gateway sold out to Acer. So I really don't know there quality. I have had HP computers and I would buy them again.

Dell I wouldn't buy because do a few people I know that have had problems with them and there customer service let them down. So if I was you and you have a best Buy store in London I would go there talk to the sales people tell them what you need, and how many, and then tell them what you are going to use them for and what they would recommend. Don't buy to cheap, at least 2 Rams of memory, Vista will run okay on that less it will not yet the specs say it will.

If you are looking for a discount on four computers I don't think you will get it, not enough to give one. There is very little profit on computers, that is why the price has come down so much. Keep in mind no matter what brand you buy, they all buy from the same supplier.

1 I can't recommend one specific supplier, but I'd strongly suggest that you get *one* supplier to take responsibility for specifying and installing the whole ball of wax - along with a guarantee that they'll stand by their work, be responsible for maintenance, respond to calls for help within a specific time, etc. Now's the time to take out that essential insurance against being trapped between two or three different suppliers each of whom is blaming the other - you don't need that pain. If you're renting space in a building with other offices, it might be worth checking with your co-tenants to get their recommendations and/or horror stories - there may even be the opportunity to co-operate. But I'd get proposals from at least three potential suppliers (tell them what you need to be able to do, rely on them to specify equipment/service providers) and if you make it clear that you'll settle their invoices within seven days they'll bend over backwards to do their best for you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
