Any one will do it, but you may have to adjust how you add the ingredients For instance, I have a great recipe for whole wheat and molasses bread, but I can't put the "wet" ingredients on the bottom or it doesn't knead well because the dough is so stiff. Other times, I find that if I mix ingredients with the measured water (like old-fashioned oatmeal or coarsely ground cornmeal) that they will knead into the rest of the dough better. They all can. Here's the method: The trick to making 100% whole wheat bread in your machine is an extra knead, which gives the yeast and gluten a second chance to create a lighter loaf. When your first knead cycle is completed, simply reset the machine and start again.
Some manufacturers produce home bakeries with a whole wheat cycle; if your machine doesn't have one, this start- again method works as an easy alternative. SUCCESS HINTS: The gluten gives the whole wheat flour the structure necessary for a good loaf. If your market doesn't stock wheat gluten, try your local health food store.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
