I would say the xbox and if you buy it new you get a 1yr manufacturer warranty and you can buy a additional warranty at some stores. The only draw back is you pay for live were as ps3 its free but with such a difference in price you can buy a yr live for like 60 so I say xbox plus the xbox came out with there slim version.
