The gender discrimination pay gap is a myth. There is a slight gap but only because women tend to take lesser paying jobs, less dangerous jobs that are higher paying because of their danger, and tend to take more time off and work less over time. There is NO discrimination, or "systemic sexism" as the loony feminists like to call it, involved in this very slight pay gap.
