That's like asking what is the difference between an automobile and something that is red. A Drilled well is drilled, rather than dug or rammed. An artesian well is one in which the water is under enough pressure to rise above the water table.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
