Which is right: I would have thought or I would of thought?

Have is the action of what you are though-ting my old teacher would say. Of is just what it sounds like your saying if you don't annunciate well. Have is correct.

Have is correct, sometimes when people say "I would have thought" it sounds like "of" instead of "have" but it's always been have.

The correct response is : I would have thought.
