Which job is better -government job or private job and why?

For Chinese people government job is still better because well paid no worries about sales presure and first of all is much better welfare system. But less motivated Privte jobs since the boss watch you everyday we always feel the eyes on you and you may live on commition there will be more presure. But you can learn more skills and may start your own business For Foreigners work in China as ESL teacher Government schools less requirement of the teaching skill and quallification and less hours better welfare but not very great salary.

Life a easy and no presure life For private schools you need to teach well to please the parents who paid high money and have to do longer hours because they are doing bugeting. You will make a lot more salary but also live on a little presure.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
