Which King was married to Eleanor of Aquitaine? Was it a happy marriage?

Eleanor was married to King Louis VII of France for a short time after which she married King Henry II of England. Both of her marriages ended badly. In her lifetime she was once Queen of France and later Queen of England.

If I'm not mistaken it was Henry II. They did have eight children, but it wasn't a happy marriage. For one, Henry had mistresses and he put Eleanor under house arrest for fifteen years.

She supported her sons when they went against Henry.

The unfortunate marriage did make for a great movie w Katherine Hepburn opposite Peter O'Toole as Henry II and Antony Hopkins as an ambiguous Richard - Lion in Winter.

They say her marriage to Louis VII was a happy one, but he died when they were both still fairly young. She married Henry II, then spent most of the rest of her life trying to kill or overthrow him...doesn't sound too happy to me ;).
