I have a Palm Pre and I haven't tried all of the ones you've listed. I've had Nokias in the past and have liked those too. We had a Windows phone once and had a lot of technical issues with it so we switched to Palm Pre.
I've never been a big fan of Blackberry devices. We'll probably try Android next though I've heard a lot of concern about rogue apps.
I myself used : Windows Mobile, Android, Apple iOS, Chinese MTK, Symbian, Blackberry, & Linux.
Windows Mobile: Buggy mainly due to ignorant operators & microsoft closed approach.
Android: Future of mobile OS, still under development & going great.
Apple iOS: Most stable OS with flexibility of millions apps but best come out when jailbreaked.
Chinese MTK: Provided power of mobile communication to poor in developing countries, imagine mobiles starting from less than 2$ without any contract.
Symbian: Most widely used OS but now in dying stage.
Blackberry: Only useful due to blackberry e-mail services otherwise not usable.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
