Which Muslim countries are best equipped to permanently take out Islamic terrorist groups like Boko Haram and ISIS?

ISIS has been able to materialise by exploiting the sectarianism within Iraqi society, caused by the Shia-led government which has marginalised Iraq's Sunni population. ISIS and the Shia militias like “Asaib Ahl Al Haq” are all terrorists and have no place in this world.

Assalamalecum,these groups do exactly opposite to Quran, Allah in ch 2 v 256 of Quran forbids compulsion in religion, Allah in ch 5 v 32 says if you kill a human being unless for murder or for mischief in the land means as if you have killed whole humanity, if you save an innocent human being means as if you have saved whole humanity.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
