It absolutely has to be the Spurs, and I'm not just saying this because I am a "homer". No body has done more with lower draft picks than RC Buford and Coach Pop. Since the Spurs have been a dominant franchise for the past decade, they have consequently had lower draft picks.
Just these past two years, they drafted DeJuan Blair as the 37th overall pick in 2009 and George ll as the 26th overall pick in 2008. Blair was selected in spite of the fact that he had major knew surgery and ll was selected from an obscure school from a mid-major conference. Additionally, the Spurs have recruited many international players (Parker, Ginobili, Oberto) proving that their prowess for scouting talent extends well beyond the border.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
