Which was worse: Iraq/North Korea POSSIBLY making nukes, or us dropping 2 nukes on civilians in Japan?

People's statements in regard to China are relatively true, however, China is also applying pressure on north Korea to stop it's threats to South Korea, The reason they, the US or the rest of the world hasn't responded to the threats against the US are that they are idle threats, North Korea hasn't the technology or the will to attack Washington, it's nuclear weapon's might just reach the coast of alaska. If he were to lauch one at Alaska, he'll take out a few penguins and the US will return the volley with it's own Nuclear weapons and wipe North Korea from history. What's more worrying is the threats to South Korea which is an Ally of the US and The UK.

The North see's the South as an enemy and really does want war with them. Although the North's army is much larger, its training is laughable, a soldier is told to do something, and does it without question. Its generals are slaves to the leader, who has no military understanding at all, but who's authority cannot be questioned, so they'll walk like drones into battle and be slaughtered if it came to it.

Ultimately, it's just hot air vented by yet another leader with issue's If its not him it's Argentina's Bint of a leader, trying to get above her station.

Actually, no, it's not the oil. The reason is that North Korea is well within China's sphere of geopolitical influence and to some extent is supported by China. America has already lost a protracted armed conflict in the region in the last forty years (Vietnam etc) and there is no military reason why it would not lose another if it started one.

Moreover If the US were to start a shooting war with North Korea it is certain that China would intervene to defend them. Armed conflict with China (which certainly is a nuclear-armed state to say nothing of its enormous and well-equipped regular army) is the last thing the US wants (or the rest of the world for that matter).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
