The oil spill was BP's fault. Any Corp. Is responsible for their work.
BP's was shoddy. The government contributed by a corrupt inspection group. Yes, it was an ongoing problem.
The president in office will get the blame for that by the fact that with all of his Czars...he should have "covered" an industry he hates! Destruction is blamed on both BP and Obama! He did not keep the oil from the shore...already they are saying that the oil has been skimmed.
If he had thought of the ecology he would have told the Unions to take a hike. He would have told the EPA to shut up! A berm and its affect on ecology is not worse than the resulting oil pollution on the ecology.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
