Who are the top 20 strongest ninja of alltime in Naruto/Naruto Shippuden?

Itachi was pretty strong considering he wiped out his whole Clan in one night but Madara was the leader of the Uchiha clan so naturally he was the strongest one. So Madara was stronger than Itachi but not necessarily Sasuke. Now Sasuke has become really strong even surpassing Itachi.

He even killed Orochimaru with no sweat. You also have to realize that Orochimaru killed the 3rd hokage who was considered the strongest one in the village at that time. In conclusion, at first it was madara but now that sasuke has become stronger it could be either one.
