Each year there is a list of that year's best new chefs. However, it is nice to see a list of some of the top rated chefs that have been around for a while. Some are made known because of being on TV, while others are known throughout the industry because of their restaurants.
The first is one that people in the states know because of his shows Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares. Gordon Ramsay started cooking when he was 19, and the food industry sure is happy about that. He is currently the only British chef that has been awarded ten Michelin stars.
Paul Bocuse is known as the father of French culinary arts. He is associated with nouvelle cuisine and has an incredible truffle soup that people love to go to his restaurant to eat. The next is an Iron Chef on Food Network.
Bobby Flay is known for his grilling and southwestern style recipes. Anthon Bourdain has 20 years of experience and is the executive chef at Las Halles in New York City. Rocco DiSpirito started cooking with his mom when he was 11.At 16, he left Jamaica and went to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park to study.
He then went to France to continue learning. If we were to continue on to make a top ten list, the rest of the chefs would be as follows – Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck, Todd English, Emeril Lagasse, and Charlie Trotter. All of these chefs have contributed to the industry in many ways, all of which we are thankful for.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
