You don't have to e-mail anyone. Once you make changes you click on "Submit for review" I believe. The team will automatically receive a notice.
The hubpages team will review it when they can and either approve it or deny it and state the reasons further.
Daffy Duck is right. Once you are done you submit for review and then they will either approve or tell you it doesn't follow hubpages rules.
They do not bring it back up when it is fixed, they send you an email saying whenever they can get to it! Or as soon as, and sometimes that is not very soon, I wait so long sometimes I just delete the hub and move on. I don't write for money but for people.
Maybe that is the difference.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
