Who do you think is more understanding towards transgender people, men or women? who's more accepting?

Male. What are your attitudes towards such a person? - I think that they are possibly mentally ill.

A lot of transgender 'women' have other mental illnesses accompanying them and so are probably not thinking fully rationally most of the time. - I have some sympathy for them as they do get mistreated by people for the (strange) way they choose to live their life. - I think they are often bordering on being perverted.

- If they have been convincing about their 'transition' (which is quite often just not the case), it is wrong for them to mislead their partners about their original gender. - It's impossible to change gender, if you have XY chromosomes you're a guy. It's their minds that need sorted out.

- I think they should be left to live as they want to - it's none of my business. Are you supportive of someone whose identity, personality, hopes and intentions to go through gender transition? - I'm not remotely supportive.

However I do respect their right to do what they want. - I do not however support me having to go out of my way to accommodate their strange lifestyle. I do not think they should be getting special treatment or getting to wave 'minority status' at people.

And does age or results make a difference in your attitudes? - I guess. If a male wanted to become female as a teenager and had always been feminine, I'd be less shocked than if a masculine 40-year old chose to do this.

Lastly if you came across a transgender/transsexual woman being harassed or bullied, would you want to or actually help protect that person? - Wouldn't go out of my way tbh. I'd probably just tell them to find something better to do.

Dressing up in women's clothes is sorta asking for it though.

Well the bottom line is you are who are. With that said you have the same rights everyone else does however there are some people that like attention and want to draw attention to themselves however when the attention they get is negative they want to make a big scene.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
