There are already declared candidates; this question is too late. One is Herman Cain who despite being utterly unqualified and holding insane positions, or rather because of that, is a Tea Party favorite. He is polling around 3%, which is around 7th in this open field.
He was a fast food exec and a radio talk show host. articles.latimes.com/2011/feb/27/news/la... Another is Fred Karger, who is gay and a gay rights activist. He has filed his paperwork with the elections commission but is unlikely to get any votes at all.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fred_Karger. There are also two frivolous candidates already in the running but they are not worth mentioning further. There are no respectable Republican candidates in the offing.
There may not be any left in the party. Rather oddly most of the candidates are former Governors, other former office holders, or minor office holders. No senior Senators or large state governors are running; probably because they realize President Obama will be reelected and they would have a better chance in 2016.

I think the better question would be who will be the Republican front runner, since a bunch of political hacks have already thrown their hat into the ring. You already have a list of no-name nobodies supported only by a small group of friends, families, and their own wallets like Herman Cain and Fred Karger. When it comes down to it, you have to look at the list of potential candidates that the oil companies see value in keeping around.
The list will come down to malleable scum like: Tim Pawlenty, and Mitt Romney. I personally hope Sarah Palin throws her name in the ring. I love hearing stupid people say stupid things so that I can report that ad nauseam to make them seem more stupid.
I think it will be Gary Turk. He's about the most sincere down to earth politician ever.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
