Well I have not given up on them because I still vote my convictions and keep an eye on what Washington is doing, but I totally understand your question, and I would rather watch MR. BLANDINGS BUILDS HIS DREAM HOUSE , then listen to that bunch of ball washing bastards .

Funny question..........half of America keeps a gun under the bed to start a revolution. The other half keep one to stop it. But the pols will be sent to the walls first by both sides.

Maybe given up on talking to them on AV, due to the rudeness that comes out in those discussions, but we can't afford to give up on politics OR politicians--ever! They are what determine our future, so we need to make sure that they know what their constituents want and expect.

Prayer can change things... I am tired of the lies on both sides of politics..twisting information...making a case for their side. If Obama is doing New age...he is getting some of his answers. If the Christians are mostly Republican they are getting some prayers answered.

I pray our country will be ok. If you stop watching TV...you may not hear the bad news and have more hope. Just make where you live a better place.

Amazingly, the last election was the first time I have voted a party ticket, EVER. I have come to the conclusion that one of the two parties wants to turn America into a totalitarian state, and it is not the party most people accuse of it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
