I also thought that the 53rd Grammy Awards which was held last February 13th at the Staples Center was 2011 Grammys but then I realized that it’s for 2010’s music so even on their official website, it’s listed as the 2010’s. For the 53rd Grammy awards, rapper Eminem had the most nominations. He got a total of ten nominations: Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals, Best Rap Solo Performance, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, two nominations for Best Rap Song, Best Rap Album and Best Short Form Music Video.

He won two awards: Best Rap Solo Performance (for his song Not Afraid) and Best Rap Album (for his album titled Recovery). Bruno Mars came next with seven nominations followed by Jay-Z, Lady Antebelum and Lady Gaga with six nominations for each artist.
