I'd like to see that happen. I think it should be legal, at the state and federal level.
It used to be legal in this country, until it started causing financial problems for William Randolph Hearst. No need to bring Patty into it. She had nothing to do with anything, and she's been through enough.
On the other hand, I am a little concerned about these new strains that are genetically modified and so forth. Also, of course, smoking is very bad for the lungs, no matter what substance you're smoking.
Hemp, when used for industrial purposes, is a cheap, renewable source of fibre. Hemp can be used for many purposes such as paper, rope, clothing, fabric etc. There was even an entire working car made of hemp at one time. For many years, farmers were encouraged to grow hemp for the war effort.
Then came marijuana; and, suddenly anything hemp became a phariah. Too bad - hemp is a remarkable plant with a multitude of uses other than being smoked.
Why not, I mean if the Conservatives became potheads at least they'd be fun to listen to.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
