Would suggest you go to a programmers website. There are a number around, if you google it, you may find some of them, which will include part-timers, freelancers and professional programming houses. You can take your pick there.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
