Who is bigger muscle wise, Brock lesnar or NFL player JJ Watt?

For his NFL tryouts. He weighed in at 283 lbs, ran a 4.65 40, had a vertical jump of 35 inches, a standing long jump of 10 feet Compared to watts 40 yard dash of 4.84 seconds. Lesnar never even played football since highschool.. Lesnar is alot stronger, would man handle watt.
