Who is colin Powell?

Colin Powell was a famous military general and politician as well as the first African American National Security Advisor, (1987-1989,) Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff,(the highest military post in the nation, 1989-1993,) and the first African American Secretary of State, (2001-2004. ) He was very crucial to winning the Persian Gulf War in 1991.
