The answer is Shawn Michaelas. Bret Hart was a fantastic wrestler, and one of the best technically of all time, but I think you have to go with HBK. What people tend to forget is that what makes a professional wrestler isn't just inring ability, it is also the power to really connect with a crowd and be a good performer.
