Who is the best runningback in NFL History?

There isn't single one without him on it.. he's the leading rusher in nfl history. He was the face of the best franchise of the 90s. The face of "americas team." i'd definitely say that emmitt ranks number one on my list.. those other guys are great players, perhaps they could've put up better numbers than emmitt did, but they didn't play as many seasons.

Why? Bc their bodies couldn't hold up. Emmitts did.

Jim Brown and Barry Sanders fight for number 1. Payton follows, then in the fourth slot one can make a case for Dorsett, Sayers, Simpson, Dickerson, and Smith. Emmitt was great, but he had a great line to open up holes for him.

Jim Brown would find holes or just run you over. Sanders would find a hole and be gone.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
