That's the right title. It doesn't carry much actual power beyond some influence - some would say Kennedy as a swing vote has a larger say in the ultimate decisions of the court. I would agree with O'Connor and say that the title is really meaningless for the most part and doesn't really reflect reality.

But, technically speaking, that's what he is.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
