Of the original thirteen, the New Hampshire and Virginia Conventions were meeting at the same time, but New Hampshire ratified June 21 to be the ninth, then Virginia June 24, New York July 26, 1788, North Carolina November 21, 1789, and Rhode Island May 29, 1790 and the Federalists favored ratification! :).

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
