Who was nominated for Best New Artist at the 53rd Grammy Awards?

For this year’s most anticipated Grammy Awards, nominees for the ‘Best New Artist’ award are: - Drake - Esperanza Spalding - Florence & the Machine - Justin Bieber - Mumford & Sons The complete nominees for all 109 categories for the 53rd Grammy Awards were announced last December 1st of 2010. Grammy was scheduled at the Staples Center, Los Angeles in February 13th, 2011. This happened few Sundays ago so by now, we all knew that the very talented jazz singer and bassist, Esperanza Spalding won the award.

From my point of view, she deserves it. She was actually my bet. Last year, on the 52nd Grammy Awards, Zac Brown Band won the ‘Best New Artist’ award versus other nominees such as Keri MGMT, Silversun Pickups and The Ting Tings.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
