A. In the cases of the Northstar and Galactic Park subdivisions, the cost of interior subdivision piping will be the responsibility of each subdivision developer. A developer may contract with Utility Solutions for installation of interior subdivision piping under terms agreed between the parties.

In the case of individual property owners outside the subdivisions, the same would apply: Each property owner who wants to hook up to the systems would be responsible for the cost of the piping needed to connect his or her property to the mains.
