Not only do they waste the influence they have on themselves rather than using it to benefit the world, they also effect a degeneration in the quality of the youth who are too naive to see through them. They abuse substances in order to make themselves rail thin and in so doing, set a similar bar for their fans. Given that most of their fans are teens, it results in the destruction of so many self-images.
Of course, they claim that they are so thin due to high metabolism. Someone should research the correlation between financial success and the production of offspring with high metabolism. Another sad trend is that some celebrities who have, at least to some degree, earned their financial success are now being influenced by these parasites and have chosen similar behaviors in order to fit in.
I don't think I'll ever understand the need to fit in with such a useless group of people. We are, however, fortunate that there are good celebrities as well. I'm no Windows fan, but Bill and Melinda Gates are two that are worthy of celebrity status, then there are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie also great humanitarians.
There are a few others, some of whom have been contributing for many years through various programs and volunteer work. We, as a society, would do well to choose our celebrities more wisely..
Bob Costas If this guy was half as smart as he tries to make people think he is, well... he'd be a genius. Unfortunately, he just likes to hear himself talk.
Don Rickles Well, I think that's how you spell his name. I just don't like people that are mouthy and put people down. There are a few commedians like that...so when they come on TV I just change the channel.
They are the ones that do the 'roasts'. Oh well, just my thoughts.
My pick is Richard Simmons Richard Simmons annoys me in many ways - his voice, his outlandish clothes, his hair, everything. What bugs me the most is when he went to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. He didn't even have the decency to wear normal clothes - he went in his usual glittery pink garbage. It was so obviously just a publicity stunt for himself and it made me sick.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
