The bible. Oh, then you'll love this one...it has talking snakes and trees, talking donkeys (just like Shrek!) and tons of sex and violence. It has instructions on how to rape your female slaves, and funny rules about not wearing two types of fabric at the same time....apparently mixing fibers makes their god mad.
For a book written by middle-eastern goat-herders, it's a hoot. Oh, I remember one hysterical part....a bunch of little boys are teasing Isaiah because he's bald. So god gets mad and sends an enraged bear to mutilate and kill all the little kids who laughed.
You see, god doesn't think baldness is funny, and he's very sensitive about that. (hey, maybe because god is bald, too!) uh, oh, gotta run, there's an angry bear charging this way!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
