Why am I having such a hard time getting seller performance team to simply email me or call me regarding a seller acct?

I have tried customer support for three days regular support,emails. Funny thing is, there are customers waiting on their orders that will not get delivered. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
