Can't happen unless she is mentally impaired. She is an adult at the age of 18. She can vote, join the military, travel and just about everything else.
The only thing that will not happen is her being able to go to a night club bar until she is 19. Unless she goes to Quebec, Manitoba or Alberta. Your being in the military has no bearing on the documents because she is Canadian not American.
The process to immigrate to the U.S. is long. The only way the military would pay for her college would be if she joined herself. Using her sister to get her to the US, to get a green card, and then join is the wrong way to do it.
It is also CHEAPER for her to go to university in Canada, WAY cheaper than in the US. Plus her medical is even better there.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
