Why are many nigh photographs blurry or grainy?

Night-time photography (or in low-light conditions) presents special challenges. For a scene to be visible on a photograph, the camera must first be able to capture enough light to get a good image. When the scene is dark and there are too few light sources, the photographer has three solutions: use a powerful Flash (which does not always produce an ideal light), slow down the camera (which creates blurry effects when there are movements on the scene), or use a more sensitive film (which produces more grainy effects).

One of the three solutions must be chosen, which inevitably compromises quality. In some cases however, that compromise can produce interesting artistic effects :) It is also possible that the grain in the photo will emerge if the photo was too dark and that it was enhanced by computer to improve lighing, exposition and contrast. These three properties are often retouched when a photograph shows something important or representative but was taken without enough light.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
