Why are people allowed to have dogs that are aggressive towards humans?

Ok so most dogs will bark and jump at a fence when someone walks by. It's natural for them. They are alerting their owner to your presence and letting you know that they're there.

They also could be looking for attention. Or simply "telling" you that this is THEIR home. Almost every dog who does this is NOT actually human aggressive.

Don't be scared. SOME dogs are aggressive. If the dogs were to get out of the fence, the grand majority would just lick you to death.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
