Why are there no examples of Cyberware in any of the Rulebooks?

Because of the sheer amount of different types of Cyberware available (not to mention new ideas which the players will inevitably create), a comprehensive list would be near-impossible to maintain and update. Instead, any player wanting Cyberware must first propose their idea to a Ref, discussing its abilities, limitations, game effects, etc. The Ref will then either approve the Cyberware and supply a cost or reject it, making suggestions as to how the concept could be altered to better fit the game (usually through a downgrade in power). Not only does this remove the restrictions imposed by a set list of standard Cyberware, it also allows the players to have a direct influence on the game by creating and developing their own ideas in this area.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
