Impressive that you noticed this. I'm sorry I can't answer your question, but I am glad you posted this because I've wondered the same thing. It's nice to see someone else out there who questions things the way I do.
Hope you find your answer.
Interesting puns you got there. They can be great ammos for Atheists.
I think the main problem has to do with "Lost in Translation. " Many of these words are from the Hebrew, Greek and Latin being translated into English. Unless we go back to the origin of the word, the meaning is lost.
For instance, the name Jesus is from the Hebrew Yeshua, which means "Yahweh saves, or God saves. " Christ the English word, is from the Greek word "Christos", which is from the Hebrew "Mashiach. " It means the anointed one.
Many think that Jesus Christ is that his first name is Jesus and last name is Christ.
Unless we go back to the origin of the word, the meaning is lost, hence "Lost in Translation. " :-).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
