Why aren't girls as open about their sexual desires as man?

It often has to do with fear of what others will think, tradition, and the "double standard" issue. Men (don't look down on men) who are open about their desires. We also tend (NOT to care what women think of us in this area.)Women on the other hand (do look down on women) who appear open about their desires.

Women also (do care what men think about them). Thus the double standard. If women did NOT look down on other women there would be no "double".

It usually takes (both sexes to agree) on something to be a "double standard". Awhile back I wrote a hub on this subject which goes into futher details about the "double standard." dashingscorpio.hubpages.com/hub/womenwhosep.

I've been with women who are extremely shy to tell me of their desires, but once they did, sex was great! I've been with women who are just the opposite and they tell you what they want beforehand. Like Kurant 82 says, it all depends on the girl!

Actually I think that is just because you are a guy. Most of the female friends I have ever had are extremely open about their relationships. How they make their boyfriend or husband or ex-husband happy in bed, what past lovers did to gain their attention, what turns them on.

They say this to their female friends, not their boyfriends. Because they do not want to ask their boyfriends for that. If they ask, then it is not freely given, but instead it has been demanded.

Actually some of them are extremelly open. It all depends on the girl.

A lot of women, myself included, fear being judged by society as sexually promiscuous. So, instead of expressing our sexual desires openly, we hide them because we don't want men in particular to think we're whores. Well, that's been my experience.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
